Privacy Policy

Zwen AI Labs builds local-first software. This policy explains what we do — and, more importantly, what we do not — collect.

Local-first by default

The zwen-cli runs entirely on your machine. Your prompts, context, code, and model outputs are processed locally and are never transmitted to Zwen AI Labs or any third party.

What we do not collect

We do not collect prompts, completions, telemetry on your usage, or analytics from the CLI. No background tracking is embedded in the runtime.

Model downloads

On first run, the CLI fetches the model GGUF from Hugging Face. That request is made directly from your machine to the Hugging Face CDN and is subject to their privacy practices. No identifying information is sent by the CLI beyond a standard HTTPS request.
